We have developed this system with the dental industry in mind.
Easily producing an ample supply of pure water for autoclaves, drills, etc.
As with all our systems they are built in our own factory using only tried and tested components mainly manufactured and sourced in Europe Using only the highest quality products and designed to give the highest level of filtration.
This is a full sized 100 gallon per day unit is designed to meet the requirements of today dental industry.
This unit provides better pre-filtration and less chance of reverse osmosis membrane fouling.
The system has a flush kit fitted as standard, this will help maintain the membrane in good condition extending the life of the reverse osmosis membrane (some suppliers say it will extend the life up to 5 years).
There is also a 1000 gallon DI unit installed on the system so that the output water will have near 0 TDS perfect for the dental industry but also ideal for lab water and salt water fish keepers.
This unit will remove an average 97-99% of tap water contaminants.
We have included a slimline storage tank and faucet tap for the on demands need this unit will be required to deal with.
The 4 Stages of Filtration Are:
- A 5 – Micron Sediment Filter Made of 100% Pure Polypropylene Fibres. Removes dirt, sand and rust.
- A Carbon Block Filter Composed of High Performance Carbon. Removes Trihalomethanes, Pesticides, Volatile Organic Chemicals and 99.95% of Giardia and Cryptosporidium Cysts.
- An American Manufactured High Rejection Reverse Osmosis Membrane with the Capacity to Produce 189 Litres of Water per day . This Membrane Removes Contaminants Present in your Water Including, up to 99% of Dissolved Salts, Lead, Copper, Barium, Bacterial By-Products, Oestrogen and Silica to Mention but a few.
